[Fixed] g_teamname bug

When I connect to a server g_teamName shows fine, but when I change something like timelimit it shows wrong as for me as for other players.
If Ill reconnect it will again show fine for me but still wrong for other players without reconnecting.

same here but in console, when i typed xp_drawconsole 1,2 or 3(all of them) and i typed vid_restart, and dunno on what drawconsole those codes after and before the names were between the letters

why nobody answer here on this thread? this bug is really annoying, mostly this part which Pinky showed on screen (console part)! Straight face
