Hello! 
Would someone be able to tell me the command for retrieving the extensive list of bans for a server, eg borg ctf and borg open. /rcon g_banips doesnt help much, as we really need to ip's, names and GUID's

log in with ftp, edit bans.txt

Server owner gave you access (hopefully, if you are the actual server owner).
Use a program to login, like Filezilla or WinSCP, and then browse the server.
