haha xp the trick is to find young players thay mesh together as a team with the older ones. It is not an age issue, it is a maturity issue. It does help that I am a kid at heart.

hm.. i agree with you memphis. ali you should try join to other clan, cos in my opinion xp was died and cant be reborn yet ;] maybe after few months, but not now ;]

After some time thinking, rules have changed a little, now some young ppl could be accepted too. The reason I have changed is that most good players in e+ are young, it remember be some of my little cousins in other games 
.
The most important rules are :
- be funny and nice guy/girl.
- be really active.
- be experienced.
- train really and with members (team spirit).
- don't be under 16 (some exceptions could be made).
- don't cheat at all.
- be sure that you want to make XP a better clan by entering it.
big importance
medium importance
little importance

age is related to maturity.
it is possible, but so so rare.
simple example : have u ever seen a young 5 years old act like adult only ?
+ there is other reason than only maturity : it's called school. ppl at school haven't much free time, only week-end, and they had better work on it than going play q3.
ppl at 16 17 also could be busy in some periods but not a problem for me.
ppl at university or workers could find a real free time.
but the objective of this post is to find players not discuss about age.
