Experiencing ft rail only in few servers:

Intel-War-Server!
I have problem with aim and sometime frames dropping
aim act like swimming, or when someone jumping i cant aim fast, its never aim to which i intent
and weird thing when i move around its really hard to aim, its extra swimmy
what the cause for it: ?
my connection ?

I meant M_smooth which is and should be a valid variable. Maybe you're just laggy, it happens when os uses too much memory, cpu is busy or network is shitty and makes the game stutter, I had either acceleration or slow downs in the game.

My specs:
24GB ram
I7- 3820
connection speed: 100mbit with 3mb upload
In rus server/hizty, i have 120ms/80ms ping and aim movement is good no hiccups drops mostly,
aim is not swim and fast and freely
