e+ v2 isnt backward compatible with older version (1.04 and older)

same problem with this release as I had before, the "screen wont fit to screen" i have vertical black areas on my right and left side

bc I cant load any config i can't fix the res. also I keep getting kicked, even tho with completly fresh install of this v2, with no other folders anywhere near it.(or files)

hum i got same problem with res, but i use r_mode -1 because my res is: 1920X1200 try do that and vid_restart, or put your r_mode -1 and hit enter then alt + enter and then alt + enter again, so you will have it fullscreen again. that's what i did.
