What i get from your post is that you believe Communism is not in the range of Democracy. Is that the case?

I think you missed it Winking Laughing ok a short sentence now:

Coorporation > Single Tasking

That should tell that both parts get more benefit and a larger output in everything if both take part of it. That goes also for teaching and then i relate to the school training in this case.

Have a nice day Happy

The e+ School might be searching 1-2 good allround players with CTF as speciality, because of my trapdown of online time. I will though still be in head of the organising.

You should help with all questions being asked for instance into these groups: (Slides, Maps, Configs, Server, Tactics) and what else popup.

That is how i see a good teacher:

-If you feel happiness by making other peoples happy and improve something with you as one of the basepoints.
-Good ability to teach (Instructor's enthusiasm, Variate eventually your teaching method if it dont work on a player or change teaching speed.
-Good basic of CTF skills (Its a good idea to be realistic here)
-Good language skills (For communicating crossover on different languages on same time)
-Good overview for structuring the lessons in a funny way (Multitasking)
-Good memory (Remember problems from the foregoing lessons and take them up later again for each individual student. Active involvement of students.
-The right attitude (Patient, Respect, Professinalism).
-Ability to motivate the students.
-Use of appropriate, concrete, and understandable examples.
-Be reliable and show that peoples can trust you. Do what you tell.
-Knowing the difference between asking students to listen to you and to hear you - and acting upon it.
-"hearing" students, and questioning them thoroughly enough to know just how they see or are confused by an issue.
-Showing that you can change your mind, when evidence and logic suggest it
-Accentuate the positive; be careful always to praise good work. No one learns anything faster than when he feels he is successful.
-Never being late to class or cutting it for some personal convenience.
-Never give up on a student, or categorize or him permanently.
-Always expect a bit more of a student than he expects of himself.

For good order it would be best if you have a adult and logical minded view on things that makes the upperstanding points much easier.

And lets not forget this job take and need time so its another cosideration, until now i have offered online support and help 24/7 (Needed that im at my pc) on msn and i think about continue it as far i have time for it. That would be incorporated to the other teacher/s in the future.

is the school still actice?

i'd need some teaching. ive just started q3 and e+ yesterday ( i know, ive been living on mars for the last 10 years ) and i really like it. i'd say my aiming is above average thanks to the tons of other shooters i played with, but i have problems with moving. i cant use the bfg 'slides' properly and the grenades neither. so it would be great if sum1 could help me out.

thanks in advance
