Excessive Plus Ranking ?

Ok. i had this idea for along time and i thought it might be time to put it at work.
what about a Excessive Plus Clan Rank ? ...
i would build a homepage with the rankings and match results of the clans in E+. and i know the clanwar activity aint the biggest, but perhaps this will kickstart it ? ...
another idea was that instead of building a site, it would be done here on the forum in a thread, thought as we all know this sometimes get "offtrack".
i would like your input all ... ideas ... agrees ... disagrees ... suggestions ... objections ... "words-about-how-stupid-i-look-when-i-suggest-something-like-this" ... anything.
so hit me as hard as you can ... with all you got ..

very very very good idea broken, when i first came to this community i got to 95th in the exessive ctf rank, but i didnt realise how much those rankings suck, that its only for one server, if this could keep track and take in to account accuracy and efficiency then it would be perfect, we would have to keep trck of known cheaters as they would get a high ranking.
i agree there would be alot of cw with this. good idea all round broken,

More servers with stats would help. I can set up VSP and I have some space for 6 months.....also about the cheaters this VSP prog has the option to filter out players to take the high acc cheats out.
Here is an example of a new version of VSP check out the options in the players it tracks CTF games Freeze games and I asked the author to add some e+ support and he did. So let me know I am sure we will talk later broken

would the ranking count for specific servers or CW?...Because if the ranking is linked to an IP-logon on any E+ server, practising would get discouraged because of the efficiency-lag

as for a beginning this ranking will only be Cw based, done the old fashion way, send me the results and ill update the rankings ..
how far you wanna take this is up to us. players frags etc.
but its as i said all cw based
