Jamacian jerk chicken or beef rules as long as you dont care bout your mouth getting set ablaze in a good way .

Apartment complexes are nice but rule of thumb location is key when buying one you'll pay more up front but make $$ more in the long run Sometimes though if your town/city is doing some major planning you can buy up cheap property when the city gov decides its time to upgrade an area of town yeah youll wait 10 years for them to get around to it but it'll be money in the bank so read the paper .

As for the water park hell who can argue with that as long as you live in a nice warm spot with little or no winter youll allways be swimming in the $$$ with whatever "bikini models " you hire as mascots "noone likes big fuzzy happy animals that grab up on you lol".

As for the 14mbs comment of the prior post. I just got upgraded to 9mbs this week for free so I dont think he can get this accomplished in 2 more years but if he can more power to him . "They usually bumb it up 1-3mbs every 6 mos"
