Here are some common vote commands you could add now,
Nextmap (rotate to the next map on the server)
Map (to specify a certain map by name like q3dm12)
Kick (to kick a certain player)
Gametype (to change gametype on the server)
you can even allow vote for g_gravity and other server.cfg changes.
Of course this all depends if the server has set g_allowvote "1" & what can be allowed to vote on.
This is an example for my common vote commands set xp_vote "map_restart,nextmap,kick"

jea giblet - cool some commands
the idea is now to create a vote.cfg where admins can say which votes are allowed and which not.
