I drawed pairs with Syntax in "lottery" system.
I gave all participants idividual random number from 1-16.
I wrote that in txt file, than packed it with winrar and put password on.
Than I gave the packed protected with password file to Syntax.
So he didn't know who has which number, but he had the file on his pc.
Than he gave me pairs of numbers, that represented who will play vs who.
After that I gave him the password to the txt file, so he could see
that the draw was honest and not fixed.
