On my view this mod is dead because the programmer loafer. His last updates were unsuccessful (exception improvePrediction, for peoples with big ping), anti-wallhack, unfreeze-sound, void-teleport, mistakes in recording MVD...

Even more this mod kills Punkbuster, the benefits of which is zero, only harm. In what way is to blame a programmer. He could to replace it with a simpler and more reliable anti-cheat system (for example find way get player's screen (game screenshot) to server folder).

This mod is dead because players are getting old and can't be bothered playing anymore. Also no new commers because game is prehistoric and lacks any sort of advertisement or sponsorship.

I think there are a few people who are willing to make donations (i'm including), if the programmer will be more active... Don't think that aging players effect on mod activity. Conversely, old player is more demanding, he does not want to suspicions cheating, he wants the right events, in which all systems are OK

i would like to see this place active at least like this place was a year ago or two or three years ago.., the problem is in lack of players, i think that with some 2-3 serious events we can make this place more interesting, the idea with event with some real trophy for the winner is good, it might be chance to bring some interest for old players and inactive players and for newcomers from other mod's. Happy
