Newest Gnome + xgl/compiz fusion and some improvements taken from Gnome-Look.org + very own invention

(that status-bar on the left is called Conky)

ps. ofc this is linux, in my case Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty on 2.6 kernel

edit: omgzorz, that status bar is ofc on the right ^^
