server is up now here : Excessive+ Map Testing Server
and there is an ftp at disposal to upload maps.
pls check first post for more details.
And if you want me to add a map rotation just say it

I made server modification that allow fast file downloading (about 150kb/s if connection is good). I think it will be useful for your server. I can give you this if you want.

thanks, but I have made a special ftp so ppl can download those maps to test they don't need to get the map ingame.
