E+ load problem

After update my windows 8.1 when i try to load e+ mod its just grey screen and that's it. I uninstall quake 3 and 1.32 patch. Install quake 3 then 1.32 then e+ 2.3 but same problem. When i start quake everything is ok but when i load the mod show me grey screen and in some time give me message quake 3 don't respond

Right click on quake3.exe file
-> Properties
-> Compatibility tab
-> check: Run this program in compatibility mode for:
-> chose Windows 7 or earlier
-> press ok
-> try again to run quake 3

I've try couple times to load it but didn't help. I just fix the problem with ioquake3 for windows its works a way better. And btw i will never buy AMD again
