Where i Can find a mod or hack for PhpBB forum for this feature called 'screenname', that convert text to image with special font characters in E+???

Hm i replied to this, but my post is gone?

You cant. It has benn asked before, you might wanna ask e+ team to allow your site to use their font.php, but its bandwith heavy, so dont expect affirmative answers.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!
