This is not a know format. It's not a video/picture. That clearly mean that file is crypted. That also why we find keys to decrypt it.

Appollo open the 1st image of the video. May be it's a particular cryptage. Like if the owner of the vid, can have a look, a thumbnail, like in windows thumbs.db.

As i already says, i add public key to my program, and trying to decrypt the signature. The signature lead to the file 000001.drv. That mean, the decrypt program, with the public key, analyse the signature.

When done, it find that the signature is linked to the video file, and give you the time/date when the video (000001.drv) has been crypted. You can also track the user who write the signature file and having the fingerprint of the signature.

But in fact when you encrpyt a file, you make a signature file. This signature contain certain arguments, [..] And the point that we looking for is the right to open the signature. This argument have 4 degrees.

1- I don't know.
2- I do not trust
3- I trust marginally
4- I trust fully

The present signature file have the argument 1. That simply mean that the owner, say : I don't want that file be opened by an unknow user. To solve the problem, and decrpyt file, the owner, when he create the signature, must choose the 4th degree.
