as it is known there is no way (yet!?) of proving whether pb/pure was on or not...
so it also isnt possible to force everyone on using it by a rule...
thats why this here is imo senseless... 
I understand if ppl/clans prefer playing with pb/pure on... so do I...
but I dont see a reason to force other clans on playing with it... (if it was possible)
that will just cause more problems for the anyways small number of new clans...

The initiative that Gasol shows by trying to get answers for PB + Pure only rankwars is to be admired, not to be thrown down and be wasted.
All posts about how E5 is far from being like bro will not help in any way, why not help instead of stating the obvious, since bro part came through, you already know how to deal with it. Why not help? Or is that to much to ask these days.
And i think everyone is very well aware of the fact that screenshots don't show PB or Pure on, however i think the feeling both clans have when they play on a server where they believe pb and pure are on will be satisfying enough. It's not like a clan will play on a server they have never played on, with an admin that is not known to anyone. Trust comes both ways.
It's very simple, let the leaders post their yes or no. Even if a clan votes no the other clans that vote yes can then just ignore that clan, this way atleast you move on, not stay on the same low level.
And why not have the "big" clans set the example.
example FUC:
ie. for future matches play only in PB + Pure.

f2 to an enforcing rule

- I apologized my tvl's members and I pleased them to play match vs fuc sunday but they definately disagree ... Dunno why - abarth isnt whole tvl.
