I didnt said that ... That he is stupid .
Lets take example : A kid on my same age go and talk bs in front of class about a teacher . The teacher come and catch him . He did something bad . That makes him be more stupid than me ? He dont understand nothing, I talk to him alot and have logs in MSN, he really dont understant what a hell I talking to him. I was trying to help him. But I cant. So, I ask Crow and late Purgatory to explane him on his native language basic rules etc. Now they have to explane him that is wrong use fake TAG and why. If he after that do same, then we can speak about some measures. Got it now ? I have logs and if you think opposite feel free to ask logs and you will then realise that he know only few basic words....

@ Kraster - i doubdt he will after being banned - if he can't get it thru his head taht he got banned for using the |<[] tag, ban all |<[]'s for a day and give marcus and flex that kid's IP address, last time he'll bohter an online community 
P.S. I propose his ban message to include *CHange name to remove ban*, otherwise he wont understand, he's got BASIC english skill from what i've seen
