No, be happy there is still someone to play with. Don't try to make new restrictions on this mod, it's like kicking dead body.

No. Ping is not an issue. You can play smooth game vs miguel with ping close to 200. Ofcours it might look like he kills you through walls but it only looks like this. Worse problem is loss. Lately I have isp traffic to beer.freezer and even with good ping but not stable 50-100 I warp. I remember rixo had the same for long time.

we can find server with good ping for all, why not?

i think 0-30ms bad ping for war!
more 150ms...

You can do whatever you want with your own server but it can not be ranking rule with unlagged system. Anyway ppl with higher pings are usually from far locations and X (X>3, X<0) timezones so usually they can not participate clan wars anyway because of time difference. There are few exceptions like kompresor and azrael but are they worth this discussion? I totally dont understand restriction for sv_minPing. Do you want to punish people with low pings? Its totally oposite to what we all try to do (low down our pings). Farther there are also no many of them.

i play with big ping (130-150ms), and get the feeling that hit the mark easier...

I think it's a perversion if ping 15ms vs ping 90ms, shot simultaneously but kill you first, online we see one game, on demos we see different game
