We had a game in 2013 but i think this will be ranked you just misunderstood the rule. Anyway its not a big problem let the rank mods decide.

14. Same two clans can't play CW at one gametype twice in a row (it's allowed in case event forces them to).

I remember that Sp at beginning of this year didn't wanted rank one match (I think was SF vs Mi3) because was played 2 CWs in row, but he changed mind ONLY because it was new year (2012/2013). We played 2 CWs with Mi3 in row (2 random CWs). So I am not so sure that this is for rank (as I said no matter who won).

that rule is out of date to be honest... i invented it to avoid scams like some clans tried to pull off by playing as many clan wars vs same "low-skilled" clan on and on... nowadays I guess nobody cares about ranking anymore as much to play just for points...
