They have done everything that I did not play, gave me a ban before the clan-war, was written by a "cheater", undermined confidence commands in me...
And where is the guarantee that they are not spying during the war?

ref can spy, rcon no! 
when ref light in yellow on scoreboard, that mean he/she spy!

maybe next time if it hurthing some1 eyes use \mute ID \ignore ID or take timeout, and explain to ref that some1 is insulting you 
i wonder how at TS you all (pts and twt) was talking between about all luckers cheaters campers etc - and no1 get kick cuz of that
in fact, durring the game only person who can give warnings and use ref/rcon (depends on possibilities) pass is actual referee at server.
