I act fair, you didnt play game into the deadline, while both clans proposed a days - so I give you 2 days more after deadline. Why is there something hard to understand?

and no, I didn't chat with ozy or anywho else in MSN, the only thing I did is asked kszksz in PM about this case.

Fair would be like this,

We ( M.U clan ) posted a topic about this war in vendetta forum -> +1 for M.U clan
After deadline on the monday, vendetta didnt had players -> +1 for M.U clan

result: Walk Over for vendetta against M.U, you are so fair x)

Hi,

So thats the situation, this evening, we wanted to play against MU for the CTF cup, these guys wanted to play, they all KNEW that i was gonna play because im the main player of VENDETTA in that cup, so they started to cry with comments like "KILLER IS BANNED, HE CANT PLAY, YOU LL TAKE WO", sorry but we showed up with more player than yours, thats 1thing, second is we were all ready, you all knew i was gonna play, i told rayden and jeff 2 hours before our game that we re waiting them.

Its 22.30 and the game didnt start, sorry but my life isnt quake and i have things to do.

I played against THC, admins of cup knew that i was gonna play, nobody told me anything, dont start to make trouble 15 min before the match please...
I want and would like to play fair games as possible as i can.

I would to get light on this subject..

We give WO to Vendeta clan. We are tired with them when they will start respect cup rules and rank rules call us. We make you a Christmas gift so GL and hf in next games.

Your assumptions are not correct, as a
ranking moderator I am obliged to stay neutral no matter which clan or
person a particular case depicts. Every decision has to based on current
ranking rules, you may follow any of the changes inside the RANK
CHANGES topic.

About Killer's ban, it has been made permanent
long before my tenure began. Since no repentance were shown during this
period, ban will stay as is. Seasonal forum spam attacks does not help
the case, only good will from Killer's side may start the process of
suspending his ban.
