I suppose the cron system is a vixie cron derivative...but please correct if someone knows.

I think I have encountered a problem with the range format and the day-of-week field ..or maybe im doing something wrong

this works OK :

* * * * 1 /say bla
* * * * 2 /say bla
* * * * 3 /say bla
* * * * 4 /say bla
........etc up to 7

but shouldn't this also work
* * * * 1-4 /say bla [run every min except friday to sunday]
or
* * * * 1,3-7 /say bla [run every min except tuesday]
it wont

Im trying to get the crontab to load motd.txt every 20 min's but i dont know the comand to get the motd to come up can you help i.e the cammand is what i need Thinking:

Execute command at end of the map

How can you make a command to be executed at the end of the map???
I've seen that on couple of servers.

And does someone know also how to make crontab in regular q3a. Can't find similar file in baseq3.
