yeah i remember this thing, they wanted to give points or something depending on your forum joining date

umm imo there will only be 20-30 clans that really count. the rest live too short or are inactive all the time.

well, no problem, if a clan is inactive, it will not give vote 
, if he gives vote, so the clan is active 
we can divide the organisation in 2 categories : e5 and BRO
Other thing is about ClanRankings :
-It should be reseted each new year. And previous result archived.
-If some clans have to started the league of 2006, it must finish it.
-Each clan have to play with all participating clans, 2 cws in the same year in the gametypes and configurations that EPUC would vote for it.
-So, if a clan wants to join the league when already started, he have to wait next year.
Some points would not be aggreed by all clans, from here, u see the importance of that organisation : Each point would be voted. 
All what is important now is to create EPUC first

I like the idea in itself - not sure who's going to code that though, as I suppose we're talking about something like... u know, clanbase, esl or whatever.

No one talked about coding something special!?
It will be done using e+ forums that's all.
Another forum will be created where the representant of each clan will be member and can vote. So it's like private forum, but seenable but whoole community and editable only by members. :roll:

mh...i know, E+ can't join clanbase with a ladder...E+ is "noobmod" from the others quake-players. And clanbase is the top for the gamers....search my old topic, and see. Moderators haven't reply over one possibility to do one ladder on clanbase.com
