something about voting issue i mentioned above.
1. strange thing: it seems that i map_restart too quickly after callvote succeeds. if i wait a sec or two after callvote and then restart, server will change voteable var value for sure.
2. one can add 'exec vq3' or 'exec cpm' to xp_vote and this will only allow execution of specified configs. anyway, voting works normal and we also can manually add map_restart to vote string.
