i running my server with rocmod 2.1c how i add to country flags on the scoreboard?

i doubt many peoples play sof2, maybe someone will reply, but not me, i didnt played or hosted servers on this game.

sof2 is based upon q3 engine, nevertheless running e+ is kinda impossible.
