My account -> Edit -> chat/shoutbox-> Autorefresh Shoutbox
( How often schould the SHoutbox refresh ? )

....You can set this P-erk !

But...Edit: I thought the same as MOna Happy

You can already see the time if you hold the mouse on the text.

Why ? You can already see the time if you hold the mouse on the text.
