I said only leader of each clan!
leader of a clan + leader of another clan = a team
I think all leaders should participate.

and if there are more than one leader, there are 2 solutions:
- they have to choose who would play
- or maybe co-leaders could participate too

the solution is an official time for each game (max of lags on the start time is 15min)

In each game only one map:
2vs2 Freeze
15 fraglimit
20 timelimit
0 roundlimit
standard BRO config
punkbuster on

Only the final and semi games have 3maps

teams are specified before league start and only leaders and co-leaders of a clan are allowed to participate(max 2 players of each clan).
Players from different clans can't make a team

league would start on 1 or 2 weeks max

if a player or a team don't come at specified time and server then the team is eliminated
if both teams don't come then they are both eliminated
and the next team that was supposed to challenge that game's winner is already winner with forfeit

the time would be of course around saturday and sunday
Like in football days, 2 matches simulated! servers would be specified previously! and we need at least 2 servers for simulated games :roll:

We need also 1 referee on each simulated games then 2 referees in the whole league
if some players wants to be referee they are welcome but they haven't to participate as players

After a game finished, referee give us the demo made and the screnshot.
the Score is updated the same day
to avoid having many lags on a server no more spectate than the referee are alowed.

I think like that this league would start and finish quickly
