Choose Server Map

Hi, I would like to know how can I choose manually a map to play?I know I can have my rotation list, but lets say I want to play right now the map Q3DM11, what I have to do? There's some command to load the map?
Also, there's some way to auto load plusN every new arena? cause I always have to load it manually.

To avoid furter stupid questions like these, there's some way I can find all the commands suported?
And there's some way to choose the bot level?

For the bot-skill-level : seta g_spskill "2" (1..5, where 1 is weak, and 5 is strong)
