Hi,

I dont know if any of u have noticed but there are more and more cheaters every day and that just sucks. I hate it when i sit down to play e+ end then i encaunter a cheater the totally ruins my day... I also noticed that most of the have some fucked up aim bots that doesnt have 100% precission so even if i record it its like they dont cheat but by their movement and the kills they make (some are actually impossible) i know that they are using aim bot... What can be done about it...

All what you can do is to report it an admin and let kick or ban them. Otherwise you can do nothing or change the server or if you get too mad about it change the mod.That's all what YOU can do and we others. Winking

Sakati lately i play alot on e+ mod and i didnt notice such big growth of the number of cheaters. On what servers do u play?? Happy

Yea Ur right Trouble the only way is report it to the admin... but U need strong proof's of cheatin' :!:

Well i play on mr. servers and other popular e+ servers; now i am not saying that there is a lot of them but like every few days i come upon one and that sucks because it ruins my entire day, i get all pissed of etc. Happy

ohh yea sometimes i play and on one server are to cheaters to the same time !! then i report it to an admin and 30mins later is the next cheater there or the same because this dynamic IP is good for cheaters. That can make you sometimes mad Love struck Winking

There are only few servers with pb and most 1v1 dont have pb and i rally hate to avoid playing some game type because others are not pb protected Crying

yepp,that's right only few servers have the pb at the moment, maybe i wanna write to an admin here in this forum to change that if it's possible that all servers would get a pb that would be nice. Big grin

Enabeling PB is not the problem, it is the lag that PB causes. Sad

There are other issues that PB has also. For example, many players here have Q3 because they DL it and use keygens.
PB is known to kick many good players for this reason. PB can be changed to accept this, however the lag still remains the bad part of PB.

About the PB lag...

I'm a newbie in configuring PB-server but found this kinda interesting;
Split the pbsv.cfg into smaller files that can be called upon in separate tasks with different intervals.

pb_sv_task 10 -1 "pb_sv_load cvarlist.cfg"
Loads cvarlist after a connection grace of 10 seconds. Only done once.

I think i saw somewere that the qoutas (") are not needed with the latest PB server running...
