both true, the acs isnt as precise as it could be and sametime its pretty precise in anyway.

Note that any human never will fall into apm by himself due to the effect that a human clicks stronger when he is actually trying to hit a person

Does it mean a player with 99,99% accuracy would be kicked by the ACS, or that's just the way of aiming, not the accuracy?
