Hmm find the file and DELETE IT!
after that, find it on Google or on some p2p or wherever you want ...
and go ..

If you need to get a WALLHACK vision on quake3 just write some commands on the console or go to your driver's settings and set the texture level to a very low level Confused (and probably get some glasses Tongue )
