Cant join server

Hello,

I got problems joining servers, everything loads but in the last sec i cant join in cuz the following error pops up....

sound/feedback/hit.wav has the lenght 0

Thats it, hopefully i can fix it easlely my self or maybe somebody can send me this file.

this file is missing inside your pak0.pk3 file (inside baseq3 folder).even if u find the file somwhere (some friend has to unpack his pak0.pk3 , give u the file..etc....),
u need to unpack YOUR pak0.pk3 file inside your C:/ directory put the right file inside the good repertory as shown by the path, u have on the error name.and repack again Sad

too , long to do ,and u can make an error in the process. better redo installation , if error still occur , find urself a better q3 installation pack.or buy the CD.

Hm if you dont have the "legitimate" copy, check your directory for a file that goes something like "addsound.bat" or "mp3convert.exe" or simmilar.

if you dloaded it from web, theres a big possibility all audio was compressed to make it smaller, and you have to decompress it to work.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!

Remember kids, when downloading a game from the internet, make sure it's an cd-image file.

Otherwise, the downloaded game might jump out of the screen and bite you in the ass. Shock
