You're missing pak0.pk3 from your baseq3 directory. Reinstall the game?

Thanks, but I verify my baseq3 and I got pak0, so that was not problem and I still don't know what it is...

If I need to reinstall Quake 3, I have to delete E+ too? Just for don't get more trouble Happy

What size is the pak0 file? Oo It isn't indexed by the exe, so something must be wrong with it.

And no, you don't need to remove the E+ directory, it doesn't seem to be what causes the problem. If you don't want to reinstall, you can try moving every other .pk3 file out of your baseq3 directory, except for the pakx.pk3 files, could be some third party pak is being troublesome.

what method are u using to launch q3? u opening straight from the exe or with another program like qconnect? i have had something like this before

hey is pak9 is missing too ?
pak0 is realy huge Nerd ~460mb ita impossible to miss this one

No, i mean, there is no pak9 in a typical Quake 3 installation. Must be a custom pak you are referencing, thus it missing is not a reason for concern.
