Complain to an admin who is available on server. As long i am on server i look that this rules get's observed. This rules is aproved by mona, so any admin online on server should care and monitor it.

There is already a votetime by default, it is nothing special. This cvar gives just the duration of a callvote. The callvote is determined after x seconds.

Adminlist:
Mona, Camel, Beast, Den, Shell, mnc, zont, Qordis, Kaktus, dragon

Some of them are currently very inactive. So probably 1 or 2 admins should be added. Personally i have already noted 1 person to add, but did not speak with mona about him, yet. (For possible people who wanna ask to become admin, most beeradmins were asked to be admin and did not ask, which is good to know that the people did not become admin because of wanting power and probably abuse it which just would create unesassary troubles).

You mean vote time while we can vote (60 sec or smth like this). I'm talking about the period of time at the beginning of each map, when we can call vote. For example 2 mins.
There was a situation when someone asked to change map at the beginning (it was warmup). Some players refused, and he went to spec (was afk as i understood). We already played some rounds.. then he joined to one team and did callvote. And even after vote time ended, he continued playing but not for team. Has stayed inactive or jumped around or shooted in wall ) we wasn't angry, but we could win this map without him. And there was no admins on the server. It's something silly to go on forum and cry in shoutbox about this player.

Like i posted already in one of my previous post, such a function will be available in the next release.

Right now it is not possible to define that a callvote is just possible first 2 mins or just while warmup or till first score for a team.

This is why we have to stick to serverrule for now.

If you like you can report such troublemakers to me, as far as i able to i can give them a temp ban with autolift.

men, which call different ppl 'idiots' or 'fucker voters' - only therefore that the questions about change of map use alone they are idiots

If, I don't want to play, perhaps, map q3dm14 - use vote. If other ppl also want to change this map, ok, if not, also is ok.

Nobody will tell me authoritatively whether some map is for me goods whether it

Grow up ppl.

Well, as long you agree to callvote just at beginning on maps, nobody has a problem with your opinion, as long u waste no slot or don't join the team without playing.

I hope i got your point right.

The separation of talent and skill is one of the greatest missunderstood concepts for people who are trying to meet their dreams. Talent acts naturally while skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of training.
