No way Im gonna use that crappy two side tape Winking The glue Im talking about is thermal glue made by Zalman especially for sticking coolers on chipsets,and it says sometn that its a 2 component glue,dunno what that means Happy Btw,I didnt get that part where u said termal PASE,what was the 2nd word again? Ofc u can,ppl have done much worse things...6xxx geforce cards on 230w noname psu-s and it worked...but I wouldnt recommend it unless its a good brand PSU,like enermax,antec,tagan,bequiet...concerning the card,going from gf2 to gf4 would have some effect,but only in directx 8.1 games,and older...dont expect to play doom III or q4 on that Winking Anyway,my advice to u is to urgently consider getting more RAM,because 128 is just not enough for today...

problem with that, 128mb of ram = $50 lol, and can i run a better card, like a GeForce 6600 GT 128mb?

What RAM are we talking about? Plain DDR400 512 MB here costs 350-400 croatian kunas,which is round 50 euros...and 256 MB PC133 sdram costs 300 kn,which is round 50$,and thats new from the store,used can be found way cheaper then that.
And the 6600gt,there just isnt any sense in running that card on a 1.4 ghz proc with 128 MB ram,my card is also choking on my system which is stronger then yours and its a gf4 card...

defenitly not MX4000 its have cheap memory and only 64bit memory bus, and it will be slower that VGA curently u have

beter think about MX440 or Ti4200~4600

Ah so u have RDRAM,thats very bad man Cool Its crap memory and way 2 expensive,u would feel reborn with some DDR400 memory...how much mbos cost there? Here u can find very good nforce 2 boards that support ddr memory,and a 512 mb DDR memory would cost u nothing,if u could get 50 bucks for your old RDRAM like u said...u would just replace it for ddr...and sell your mbo and add little more $$$ for some nforce 2,here they are bout 50 bucks or cheaper,right out of the store.Used can be found for 30 bucks.Im waiting for some cash to get a abit nf7-s or sl,rev 2.0 Cool
