same happen to me and my enemy

i killed him with rail. normal kill. he or she was frozen now.

before i killed the enemy (with rail), enemy shot rocket @me, rocket dodged me, i was spawnkilled.

there was enough time between spwan of me, killing him/her and rocket shot/hit.

Using ur brain, finding a solution, beside an excisting rule and have an agreement.
