yeah i read Herman Hesse,le Loup des steppes en Francais.Nice one.

Favourite Readings :
Nietszche, i think i read all of him. ( Aurora,Genealogie de la Morale,Par dela le bien et le Mal.L'antéchrist,Ainsi parlait zarathoustra.Etc...all of them i think).

Frank Herbert (Dune Saga).
Alfred Elton Van Vogt.
Milan Kundera, a lot of his books.( a lenteur, especially)
Franz Kafka. (le Proces, le Chateau, Metamorphose).
Patrick Suskind,Le parfum ( the Book not the Movie).
Shopenhauer.
Freud.

To be honest , now i print my books, which i find on the net in PDF format, i dont buy them , because ,Now i read a lot about religions in general, and especially judaism, also about history of Zionism , related to what is happening in the world ,now.

and this you wont find in libraries easily.

Beaudelaire, i think i read stuff from him by accident surely, but i am not a big fan of peotry, and even if i speak french on a daily basis (mixed with arabic),and studied in french,i read mostly austrian /german authors when it comes to serious subjects like philosphy or dark litteratures, and a lot of americans sci fi books in general.

In those domains french litterature is not as good as it is when it deals with romantism : peotry, prose etc...French imo is more an elegant language than anything else.

Definitely Cool Baudelaire was writing in the era musicians refer to as the "romantic" period... I loved his style because his vision was juxtaposing the grotesque and the beautiful side by side.

ah I forgot Mein Kampf it is also great book (Big grin)

When the priest comes to read me the last rites
I take a look through the bars at the last sights
Of a world that has gone very wrong for me
Can it be there's been some sort of an error
Hard to stop the surmounting terror
Is it really the end not some crazy dream
Somebody please tell me that I'm dreaming
It's not easy to stop from screaming
But words escape me when I try to speak
Tears they flow but why am I crying
After all am I not afraid of dying
Don't believe that there never is an end
