BUS SIMULATOR GAME, where I can find it? :)
Or...u can try GTA style...go to the nearest gun shop,get a 12 gage shotgun and kidnap the nearest bus,this can be also done without the use of weapons,especially here where I live,where bus drivers leave their busses running and go to the first bar to drink 
I think u cant get a better simulation of bus driving

there is this game where they drive a bus on a straight road for weeks, they do it for good purposes.

Yes it is, but its very realistic so
I downloaded maps and Bus'es that driven in Poland, the models are looking as real ones from outside and inside, sounds are also nice, Solaris, Ikarus or Jelcz 
It would been a lot easier for me to drive if my crappy computer would handle more FPS than now, because engine of this game isnt optimized so you need a batter computer to handle it with good FPS
My favorite time of day is night when its winter and snowy, then it looks even more realistic
here is their newest product, only in German language

After 6 years I finally found some very nice simulator, its called "Omsi bus simulator" and its made by Germans but they abandoned the product already to make another one, from what I've seen theres lot of addons to this game, I found only polish but I think there are more like Russian and so on:

The game is available to download by torrent
or I also found this thing called "bccs 2011"
maybe better gfx, but its not so realistic from what I see
