it will be like whole the time in situations like this "oh i cant believe his my dude4life he aint cheating u homos" than finally at the most yellow card. And ofc most replyies will get from newcomers called attention whores.
Dont remember whos get banned in years cause even that was a caught they back with full supports from kids and retards,aint funny? The second thing about server admins pls more attention about the situation on servs during public matches or get this job to ppl which are not asslickers and keeps faggot outs

maybe on irc, would need to find logs on my harddisk.
however there was NEVER a word about him having a customhack that can bypass pb. because I would definitly remember that.

1. He helped a lot with himself being caught (still don't get the way he handled this, but itself not illegal).
2. He was using cheat, but not cheated - others were aware of that and consent.
3. He's intentions were clear - no one denies that and I havent seen good reason why to reject this from extenuating circumstances.
"Caught using cheats" covers too wide range of actions. Actually everyone who admits testing it is "caught using cheats".

Not a ban imo, but I'm not an "elite" here, so carry on, amuse me:)

The final verdict:

Benedykt for using an active cheat (wallhack) is sentenced to a permanent red card ban with a chance to appeal after 6 months passes (2.05.2013). In case the accused would like to cooperate with the Anticheat Team and hand over all of his intelligence regarding tool he used, as well as state an official apology, his sentence will be significantly reduced.

For supporting Benedykt while not using this tool Trance and Kerl are given a permanent yellow card. Please note, any following rank violation will result in a red card ban.
