Beams from lamps?

Hi, ive been wondering for a time how to get rid of the lights.

Ex:

There are these kinds of lighs all over some maps and verry annoying. Seen some screenshots around withouth those kinds of "beams" from the lamps...

And while im at it, what dose in_logitechbug 1 do?

I don't have to be careful, I've got a gun.

Beams from lamps?

Imposible to remove light without modification packs or add new packs using only standart commands in q3.

in_logitechbug - q3 had prob with some logi mouse, it fix prob.

it was prob with mouse maybe with drivers 4 year ago.

the logitec bug solved the problem with mouse scroll wheel commands being sent twice when scrolled once. Idea
