Banned on DM17 Server

hola ERA-dudes,
why am i banned on that server? oO i already tried several cd-keys -> still banned.
i never cheated and ppl know that im a real nice guy. so wtf??

Seems to be a problem with Gameserver London servers , this is also affecting our Carnage and GS server , our CTF German server seems to be unaffected
You and many of our clan members have been banned also
At the mo , this is out of my hands
Im hoping that when Gameserver fixes this issue , the problem will be solved .

change xp_bans "bans.txt" towards something else for testing purposes.
Furthermore gamebans should be totally in your hands fubar.

Yeah ive already tok ut the bans file , still the same
This is also the case in 3 other London servers aswell

each server has its own bans file
i only removed the DM17 oe just to test it out as i dint think that this was the problem as no names , ips or Giuds have been added for a wee while , problem i think has to be come for GS itself
Im no expert , but with no bans.txt file and only the banned ips in the cvars , its the only thing that i can think of
I'll raise a ticket with GS after my work tonight to see if this could be the cause of the problem
