that number dont help much! can u plz make a sceenshot of ur ban screen?!
or what information u get?
- global banned cause ...
- banned cause bad guid ...
- banned cause cheating ..
and so on

interesting is also, which server u get this information?
have u tried to make a pb update? make sure that u have installed "q3pr 1.32"
