When i started to play this mod i played q3 with halfscreen. I pressed alt+enter and had a little square when i was playing. That was because i liked the graphic settings more when i had halfscreen. Cause there are differences in graphics settings.
If i would like to play with thoose settings with fullscreen too. Is there any cmd that makes the graphics the same?
Understand me?

Jep, understand you. I'm playing with halfscreen too (because there is always an Instant Messenger and mostly Winamp running), but I don't have a solution for you problem.
What I want to ask in this context is, what is OpenGL, why do I need it? I've not installed it and my pc crashes every time I press Alt + Enter.

If you screen is 19" make the resolution 1280 x 1024 this almost fills the screen
if you have 17" i think its 1024 x 768
You have to press alt+enter a few times to get to the right windowed mode
I think this is what you mean ?

yea...not sure its possible to do exactly what you say hard...I play quite a lot in the 1280 x 1024 windowed mode...it seems to make the game much smother

I'd like to know how to free my mouse from the quake halfscreen window. When I have it in halfscreen, I must be very careful not to click the quake window or my controls are "trapped" in it. The only way to release them to click on e.g. a chat window is to do the alt+enter thing twice.

i think you just have to open the console and you can move your mouse out of the window again.

hmm what ur saying is that i can play with halfscreen but change resoultion so its almost on the whole screen. I want to play as usual with fullscreen but with the same graphic settings as I have when its halfscreen.
It looks different half and fullscreen, colors on walls and so on..
