How can someone be kicked?
More Players have detected that "m0r3n1nha" is using an Aimbot on the Open Box Megarail CTF Server.

The callvote kick command dont exist, so how can we kick some people like him?

Report him here, preferably with proof such as a demo. You can also notify the admin of the server.

And who is the Admin? and also where can I find the Admins of the Servers?

No admin listed there, so I guess you're out of luck. Best shot is to ask around at the server.
