I told Missile earlier today to restart quake, but he did that 3 times and it didnt work. I know cause it happened before and it used to work for me.. but now it doesnt

Perhaps the same complication that happened to Mow once?
When he couldnt join server for 1 hour, but all other servers on same machine he could join.
