Adding Custom Bots

from what i read I dont see it.

How do/did you make it work?
Got custom bot that I want to add 2 of to the maps if no one else is on.
The bots name is:
i_bot

I am ignorant at the moment, and maybe tomorrrow but please assist. Thanks
