Hi,

Moviemakers and maybe other players surely know the Metal Tech 2.0 pack that enhance Quake 3 Arena textures into HD textures.

Exemple of results :

-HD textures are nice but I don't like the sounds from the pack that replace Quake 3 Arena sounds (specially the weapon changes and the railgun shot).
-How to put HD textures from this pack and keep the original sounds of Quake 3 Arena?

delete the sounds out of the hd pk3.

Be aware, if you try to connect to a pure server i don't think it will let you connect.

No problem Ken, I use "high quality" only for moviemaking. I'm still playing with r_picmip 12, r_lodBias 2, r_subdivisions 80, ... Happy
