well, i cant always turn up to training this is why qrf wanted to kick me, they said it was my last chance so i left, the legion guys know if i cant turn up then i cant, this isnt reason for them to kick me, if i said i would play a cw then i would be there, just as sub said, we have lives all of us, and sometimes work or social we have things that keep us out of the house so we cant play.

this being said i do try and play everyday, just the times i play are the concerns.

i think this, hq you have an amzing clan, and they are all able to play cw when you ask, that is great, genx is also amazing, but not all the players are always available, that is why they need more players.

i feel this is the same with legion, if theysaid i was a cw player then i would try my best to be there, sometimes this isnt possible so best have back up rather than pull out.

I think most respectable clans have a limit for how long the players can be inactive befor they being throved out. Just set that limit and i think the numbers of players will reduse automaticly and it will hold the clans
more active to. Cool

The question is: "Do we want that?"
Our aim was always to give an alternate to other clans with their many constant members.
Take it as an example: OooO left us sime time ago because of business related resaons. He said if he had a little bit more time he would be glad to spend it with us and e+. Our answer was that he is allowed to wear our tag whenever he wants. He's still a member of GenX and sometimes you can see him with our tag, mostly he changes after he has won a map. Cool
I think you will agree that this is an exception, right? Next exception, Szpak. He's gone for military for several months.

"Just set that limits"...sounds quite easily. If one of our inavtive/semiactive members returns I will tell them that they are ##days, ## weeks late and I will put a link of this thread under my post.

The guild will have well.. not really sections but kinda. One part that plays CW's and one part that wears the tag and makes us proud out on the FFA/Freeze and so on servers. It wont have ANYTHING to do with your skill as a player, only factor is practice sessions. So if you find yourself beeing part of the non CW members, just start showing up at some trainings.
Beeing a "non CW" member doesnt mean you can NEVER play a CW but CW members come first.

.. hmm we truly need more clan to feed up e+ mode .. thats why i put
idea to ppl know ... , but still who make the decisions of it ? do we put that vote to the forum and well see more opinions of it.

clans player limits to 6 or 8

i still belive 6 sounds good .. and wars play 4v4 ...my poor idea Big grin
