Anyone with a little time on their hands, go and read this Gamers' Manifesto.

The writer brings to light where games are currently heading and makes some very good points along the way. It's also very funny, full of those "haha, yeah I hate that, too" moments.

One of my favorite quotes:

@ Parasight the quote about the Marine and the etc.....made me crack up with laughter, so Ironic. Reminds me of the troops that have been sent to Iraq. Ok Soldier here is your pistol and your hat, You must wear it at all times. Sad

PWOT has some good stuff on their site Big grin And yes, give back our adventure games, games like Broken Sword & Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis are simply not made anymore (Monkey Island anyone?) Sad
